Missing The Derailer, And Chain.
I like the looks of this bike, especially the decals, for something unusual to build up and have around, but man is it trashed. TRASHED. The wheels are rusted out, it's missing everything, the paint is ultra rough, and I'm sure the frame makes a noise like an etch-a-sketch when you shake it from all the decay rattling around inside. This was a cheap Japanese cruiser. $500 is pretty certifiable for a bike this guy absolutely got for free.
