Mint/Celeste Green & White Color Frame With Black Lettering Which Has A Few Minor Paint Chips But No Dents. Bike Is Fully Restored And Is In Excellent Condition For Its Age. The Bike Is The Top Of The Line Rog Chromoloy Steel Frame Made In Yugoslavia With Full Gipiemme Component Group Made In Vincenza, Italy. Bike Has Following Added Decals: PETNAJSTKRATEN PRVAK JUGOSLAVIJE EKIPNO 1956-1982 & PETNAJSTKRATEN PRVAK JUGOSLAVIJE POSAMEZINO 1960-1985. I've never heard of Rog but it's a Yugoslovian brand that eventually became Elan, then Rog again. Most of the info I can find was for their folding model, the Pony.
They're trying to sell this bike so I think you have to take what they say with a grain of salt. They believe the tubes to be Columbus SL but it'd be more believable if you could find suppoting material. You just dont think of the Eastern Block building bikes with these somewhat luxury materials. Lots of Gippiemme on this bike, says "Made in Yugoslavia with Full Gippiemme Group" but it's sitting with a suntour rear derailler.
Just an interesting thing to see.
